Registration & Pricing
Register early for the lowest available price, then review the registration requirements, change options, refund policy, event-change policy, and waivers.
Registration opens January 1. Prices increase on February 1, April 1, July 1, and September 1. Registering early secures the best available price and your place in the 800-participant field.
Registration is limited to 800 participants. The race may sell out before registration closes.
Online registration closes at 5:00 PM Friday, September 17, 2027.
Race-day registration is unavailable. All athletes must register online.
RunSignup processing fees and any required USA Triathlon membership or one-day license are additional.
Registration fees are based on the date registration is completed. Prices and availability are subject to change, and registration may close early if the field limit is reached.

Registration
- Registration opens January 1 each year.
- The race is limited to 800 participants and may sell out early.
- Registration closes at 5:00 PM the day before the race.
- Race-day registration is not available.
- All participants must register online through the race website.
- Athletes may enter the Triathlon, Duathlon, or Aquabike individually or as part of a relay team.
- Participants must be at least 12 years old on race day.
- Athletes younger than 18 require permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- Entry includes the participant packet, complimentary street parking, on-course support, finisher medal, post-race food and beverages, official results, applicable awards eligibility, race photos, and more.
Entry Requirements
- Participants must have a valid USA Triathlon membership or purchase a one-day license during registration.
- Athletes younger than 18 require parent or legal-guardian authorization.
- The relay captain creates the team and pays the initial registration fee. Each additional member must register themselves through RunSignup and join the existing team.
- AWD/Para athletes are welcome, and reasonable accommodations will be provided whenever possible. Athletes must arrange their own guide, and every guide must register before participating.
Changes to Your Registration
Log in to RunSignup, find the race under Upcoming Events, and select Manage Registration. From there, you can:
- Personal Information: Update eligible registration details. View instructions
- Question Answers: Review or update registration responses. Watch video
- Giveaway Size: Change your cycling jersey or event-shirt size. Watch video
- Add-Ons: Update or purchase available registration add-ons. Watch video
- Event, Division, or Distance: Transfer to another available option. Watch video
Changes are subject to availability and applicable deadlines.
Refunds, Transfers & Deferrals
- Refunds: Registration fees are nonrefundable.
- Individual transfers: Entries may not be transferred to another person.
- Relay changes: Relay teams may change or replace teammates.
- Next-year deferrals: Participants may defer their registration to the following year through RunSignup. A deferred entry cannot be deferred again and must be used the following year or it will be forfeited.
- Using a deferral: Deferred participants must register again the following year and pay a small activation fee. Instructions are emailed in January.
Cancellation & Course-Change Policy
- Athlete, volunteer, spectator, and staff safety is the highest priority.
- Race management may delay, shorten, reroute, modify, suspend, or cancel any portion of the event.
- Decisions may be made with USA Triathlon officials, local authorities, public-safety personnel, and medical staff.
- Changes may result from severe weather, unsafe water or water quality, extreme temperatures, high winds, lightning, flooding, air-quality concerns, road closures, government orders, public emergencies, or other hazards.
- If the swim cannot be conducted safely, the triathlon may be shortened, changed to a run-bike-run format, or otherwise modified.
- Bike and run courses may be shortened, rerouted, or changed when necessary.
- Course maps, distances, start times, and formats are subject to change.
- A modified event is considered held, and registration fees will not be refunded.
- If the event is canceled because of circumstances beyond race management’s control, fees will not be refunded, transferred, deferred, or credited.
- Significant changes will be communicated through email, the event website, social media, or on-site announcements as quickly as reasonably possible.
Waivers
- Every participant must review and accept the event waiver during registration.
- Participants must accept any applicable USA Triathlon waiver and membership or one-day-license terms.
- Each adult must accept their own waiver.
- A parent or legal guardian must complete the waiver and authorization for every participant younger than 18.
- Every relay member must register individually and accept the required waivers.
- AWD/Para guides must register and accept the same required waivers.
- Participants may be required to review or sign an updated waiver before packet pickup or on race day.
- Participation is not permitted without every required waiver and authorization.
- By registering, participants acknowledge the inherent risks of multisport competition and agree to follow event rules, safety instructions, and directions from race officials.
