Online registration closes at 5:00 PM Friday, September 17, 2027.
Race-day registration is unavailable. All athletes must register online.
RunSignup processing fees and any required USA Triathlon membership or one-day license are additional.
Registration fees are based on the date registration is completed. Prices and availability are subject to change, and registration may close early if the field limit is reached.

Important: Friends must use your personal referral link. Refunds apply only to the eligible race fee, not packet shipping, race-morning pickup, merchandise or other add-ons.

Registration Information

Registration
- Registration opens January 1 each year.
- The race is limited to 800 participants and may sell out early.
- Registration closes at 5:00 PM the day before the race.
- Race-day registration is not available.
- All participants must register online.
- Athletes may enter any event individually. Relay registration is offered for the Triathlon and Duathlon only. Aquabike does not offer a relay.
- Participants must be at least 12 years old on race day.
- Athletes younger than 18 require permission from a parent or legal guardian.
- Entry includes the participant packet, street parking, course support, finisher medal, post-race food and beverages, official results, applicable awards eligibility and race photos.
Entry Requirements
- Participants need a valid USA Triathlon membership or one-day license.
- Athletes younger than 18 require parent or legal-guardian authorization.
- The relay captain creates the team and pays the initial fee. Additional members register themselves and join the existing team.
- AWD/Para athletes are welcome. Athletes arrange their own guide, and every guide must register.
Changes to Your Registration
Log in to RunSignup, find the race under Upcoming Events, and select Manage Registration.

Refunds, Transfers & Deferrals
- Refunds: Registration fees are nonrefundable.
- Individual transfers: Entries cannot be transferred to another person.
- Relay changes: Relay teams may replace teammates.
- Deferrals: Participants may defer to the following year through RunSignup. A deferred entry cannot be deferred again.
- Using a deferral: Register again the following year and pay the activation fee. Instructions are emailed in January.
Cancellation & Course-Change Policy
- Athlete, volunteer, spectator and staff safety is the highest priority.
- Race management may delay, shorten, reroute, modify, suspend or cancel any portion of the event.
- Decisions may be made with USA Triathlon officials, local authorities and medical personnel.
- Weather, water conditions, wind, lightning, flooding, road closures, government orders or other hazards may require changes.
- If the swim cannot be conducted safely, the triathlon may be shortened or changed to a run-bike-run format.
- Course maps, distances, start times and formats are subject to change.
- A modified event is considered held and registration fees will not be refunded.
- If the event is canceled for circumstances beyond race management’s control, fees will not be refunded, transferred, deferred or credited.
Waivers
- Every participant must accept the event waiver during registration.
- Participants must accept applicable USA Triathlon waivers and license terms.
- Each adult accepts their own waiver.
- A parent or legal guardian completes the waiver for participants younger than 18.
- Every relay member and AWD/Para guide must register and accept required waivers.
- Participation is not permitted without all required waivers and authorizations.
