You must pick up your packet at Sun & Ski Sports unless you purchased Packet Shipping or Race Morning Packet Pickup during registration.

• Registration QR code emailed during race week
• Government-issued photo ID

You may collect another athlete’s packet when you bring:

• The athlete’s registration QR code
• A copy or photo of the athlete’s photo ID
• Written permission by handwritten note, email, or text

• Swim cap for Triathlon and Aquabike participants
• Helmet and bike identification stickers
• Run bib when applicable
• Your selected cycling jersey or unisex event T-shirt

Check your packet before leaving the store. Confirm that all applicable numbers, stickers, and apparel items are included and correct.

Timing chips are not included in your packet. Your chip and ankle strap will be attached to your assigned bike-rack spot in transition.

Secure the strap to your left ankle on race morning and return it immediately after finishing.

Packet shipping costs $25 and is available only when purchased during registration. Packets are shipped with tracking approximately one to two weeks before the race.

Keep your shipping address current. Packets lost in transit will be replaced at no charge.

A lost packet—or a packet marked delivered but not received—may be replaced for $50.

Race-morning packet pickup costs $20 and is available only when purchased in advance. Pickup is at the Jaycee Pavilion in Rainbow Park, within Bay Street Park.

Arrive by 6:30 AM to prepare before transition closes at 7:00 AM. Timing chips will remain at the assigned bike racks.
