REGISTER TO VOLUNTEER

Individual & Group Volunteers Needed

We welcome both individual volunteers and those participating as part of a group. All volunteers receive a shirt and a meal. Volunteers may also claim service hours toward school or organization requirements.

Groups are encouraged to participate; however, each member must register individually and list the name of the group they represent during registration to ensure the group receives proper credit. Groups are also eligible for donations. Please see below for more details.

Volunteer Group Guidelines

Large groups help with setup, teardown, and event operations. Participating groups may earn $250–$1,500 per event.

Eligibility & Steps

  1. Register Online: Each group member must sign up via the “Volunteer” button or menu.

  2. Specify Your Group: Members must indicate their group during registration.

  3. Complete Shifts: Members must be on time, complete the full shift, and check in/out with the volunteer coordinator. Instructions are sent the week of the event.

Donation Rules

  • Groups earn $15 per shift after completing 6 shifts.

    • Example: 12 volunteers completing 12 shifts → $180 for the group.

  • Checks are mailed 4–6 weeks after hours are verified.

  • Non-compliance excludes individuals from the group’s total.
