Important:
Unless you purchased Race Morning Packet Pickup or packet shipping, you must pick up your packet at this location.
Bring your QR code (emailed the week of the race) and a government-issued photo ID.
You may pick up packets for others if you have:
Their registration QR code
A copy/photo of their photo ID
Written permission (handwritten, email, or text)
Check Your Packet:
Make sure all items are included before leaving.
Included Items:
1x Swim Cap (Tri & Aquabike only)
2x Helmet & Bike Sticker Numbers (often stacked/stapled, maybe on the back of your run number)
1x Run Bib Number
1x Event Cycling Jersey or Event Unisex T-Shirt (your choice during registration)

Packet Item Placement
Timing Chip & Strap
Each participant’s timing chip and ankle strap will be attached to their bike rack spot in transition.
On race morning, remove it from the rack and secure it to your left ankle.
Return the chip and strap immediately after crossing the finish line.
Packet Shipping Add-On
Only available if purchased during registration.
Packets shipped 1–2 weeks before the race in a padded envelope with tracking.
Ensure your shipping address is correct; update it in your registration account if it changes.
Lost packets marked delivered can be replaced for $50 and must be picked up on designated days or race morning.
Packets lost in transit will be replaced at no cost.
Race Morning Pickup Add-On
Available only if pre-purchased.
Location: Jaycee Pavilion, Bay Street Park.
Pickup times: 5:00 AM – 6:30 AM (arrive by 6:30 AM to set up by 7:00 AM).
Timing chips are available on the racks like other participants.
